Rhythmiq Productions uses the contact and event details you choose to share to respond to your enquiry, discuss sound and lighting services and arrange a callback if you request one.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, event type, service requirements, event description and permission to respond. We also record a submission identifier, enquiry reference and whether your event date is still to be confirmed. Your phone number, organisation, venue and estimated guest count are optional. An event date is required only if you have one confirmed.
Please share only the details needed to discuss your event. Do not include passwords, payment card details, health information or private guest lists. This form does not accept file uploads.
How we use your information
We use your details to reply, understand your requirements, prepare a quotation and discuss a possible booking. If you ask for a callback, we use the number and timing you provide for that request. We do not publish enquiries on the website or automatically add you to a marketing list.
You can withdraw your enquiry or ask us to stop contacting you by emailing hello@rhythmiq-productions.co.uk.
Storage and service providers
Website enquiries are collected and stored by Netlify Forms. Netlify provides an authenticated project dashboard for viewing and managing submissions. Netlify and its service providers also process technical information, including network identifiers, to host and protect the website and filter spam.
We use Apple iCloud Mail for correspondence sent to and from hello@rhythmiq-productions.co.uk. Apple processes the messages and related technical information handled through its service. Email may also be processed by your own email provider.
Netlify, Apple and their providers may process information outside the UK. Netlify describes its processing and international transfer arrangements in its data processing agreement and list of service providers. Apple explains its processing in its privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information while discussing or arranging your event, and where needed for related business records. You can ask us to review or delete an enquiry that is no longer needed. Records needed for a booking, legal obligation or dispute may need to be kept longer.
Website operation and security
This website does not include advertising or visitor analytics scripts. Its fonts and images are hosted with the website. The website does not save your enquiry in browser local storage or session storage. Your browser may separately offer to remember information through its own autofill settings.
Website connections use HTTPS. Form submissions are sent to this website’s hosting service; submission records are managed through Netlify’s authenticated dashboard. Hosting providers may use essential cookies or technical information for security and access protection.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about the information we hold about you, request a copy, correct inaccurate details or request deletion. Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis for using your information, you may also be able to restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
